Financial college educates customs and tax specialists on higher educational level. Learning activities are conducted both, in the form of daytime learning, which means that the duration of the studies is 3 years and in the form of distance learning, which means that the duration of the studies is 4 years. The volume of subjects is 180 ECTS and the language of instruction is Estonian. The graduates will have a degree in social sciences and are capable of working as financial specialist or to continue studies at the Master's degree program in the Adademy of Security Sciences or other higher educational institutions.

The College works closely with the Tax and Customs Board to develop the curriculum and provide internships for students.
